REGISTRATION - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Register Early
Space in most classes is limited, and class space cannot be reserved for you until payment is received. Registration at the door is subject to space available, and enrollment may be closed before the day of the class.

Receipts
To save administrative expense, your registration will be acknowledged only by email to the address you provide on your registration form.

Special Needs & Accommodations
To request accommodations for ADA-covered disabilities, please call the Operations Manager, Conchita Campos at 510-524-4822 ext. 102, or email admin@womenstherapy.org. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can ensure we will be able to make the accommodation.

Grievance Policy
Please direct any complaints to the agency's Clinical Director, Renee Lindquist. She can be reached at cd@womenstherapy.org or 510-524-4822x103. The Clinical Director will respond within 7 business days. You will be asked to put the grievance in writing. The Clinical Director will work with the grievant and any relevant agency committee’s to find a reasonable resolution. The grievant will receive a written response detailing what steps were taken to address the concerns.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, please email admin@womenstherapy.org. If cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the course, a full refund will apply minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, a 50 % refund minus a $20 administrative fee will apply. If you cancel fewer than 48 hours in advance, a refund will not be made.
